Project Two – Newarthill Club Roof Replacement

SG & Sons Roofing successfully completed the roof replacement at Newarthill Club. The existing slate roof was fully stripped, with old sarking boards removed and replaced with new timber sarking. A Redland Mini Stonewold concrete tile system was installed, ensuring a durable and modern finish. We also renewed the internal gutters using a three-layer built-up felt system and replaced the fascias and gutters, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The project was completed to a high standard, providing long-term protection for the building.
